Sadly, the UK in particular is going in the opposite direction.MAD87 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 16, 2024 1:28 pmMen need to be taught from childhood that girls and women must be respected as much as their playground mates. I had one similar call in France very early on, but did nothing as I thought the bloke at the end of the line was just pathetic. Not very proactive, but I believed I'd left all that behind. Yes, journalists, especially any directly involved in such abuse, are better equipped to keep pushing.

That's probably the best thing you could do.
If those he's flashed at don't make a complaint, they will not discourage him from continuing. And who knows, he could do something far more serious.
If you haven't seen him misbehaving first hand, you can't do anything.

With the state of the police and criminal justice system today, it's a wonder people don't organise vigilante groups. Something has to change if any shred of civilised behaviour is to prevail.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

In adopting policies that actually endanger women rather than protect them - such as kow-towing to the "trans" lobby whereby males can now invade women's safe spaces - not to mention an acceptance of mysogeny in the name of "multi-culturism" (something even France seems to be trying to push back on)

They did. Southport. Which undermined the State so we saw UK two-tier justice system in full swing.

‘ Without a doubt, this stranger was masturbating down the phone’MAD87 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 16, 2024 9:39 am I read this article this morning and wondered whether anything will ever change. It's well known that "minor" sex offences lead to more serious offences - indecent assault, rape, sometimes murder, as the journalist vcictim pointed out, but still the police drag their feet.

I doubt that there hard evidence that the person who stated the above
can come up with that will stand up in court
I agree with the op of this tread but do not see any method of replacing
the ingrained norms of the police.

Plenty of room for innuendos in the last few posts but I will refrain. Regarding the bent, corrupt, bribe taking organisation known as the Police, you only have to look at the dirty Arab from Harrod affair to wonder why a blind eye was turned there, only excuse I can think of was that one dept didn't share info with another, computer technology of today might pick up on several complaints being made warranting further investigations, who knows.
