Shock horror!
Certainly it is easier to attach a screenshot to a post than to link out to 3rd party hosting sites.

Shock horror!
I attached a screenshot because I have trouble posting some links that I see on certain feeds.
I can not enlarge the pictures in the original post. They draw attention to the supposition that a normal pensioner receives an income of about £ 11,000 p.an and a Government minister about £160,000 according to my battered memory.
Here is another on a similar vein. For some reason the option of posting a direct link to OP didn’t seem to be an option.

Nifty, I have asked you before not to just post a link when you start a topic, I have explained that if you want to generate a discussion you need to post something to explain what you want to discuss.
I know you have in the past used the excuse that you don't want to sway peoples views and you prefer to let people make up their own minds about subjects.
But, in this instance particularly I haven't got a clue what you are trying to communicate.
Neither of the links you have posted have anything to do with pensioners' income, the first one appears to be a response to you posting a picture without context and the second one refers to Brexit.
The only thing I found interesting was the fact that they state "independent fact checkers" have evaluated the post - independent that's a laugh, and I find it interesting that if people post things 'facebook' don't like, you will not appear in their newsfeed and therefore no-one will read what you've posted. Talk about mind control eh.
In future can you post a brief explanation when you post a link, so that I and others can join in with the conversation if we want to and save a few brain cells without trying to work out what it is that you want to discuss.
Thanks

Well said, Char. Not all of us are good at cryptic clues.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

Possibly because Farcebook had the post in adjudication. I can open it now. The result of this adjudication is that they seem to think the same as @Char . Posting pictures (which you can no longer see clearly) without attribute or background (that means some sort of comment) is poor form.

I am more interested in what others think without a cue to follow than what I think, or ftm what those responsible for the link want others to think.Char wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 11:31 am Nifty, I have asked you before not to just post a link when you start a topic, I have explained that if you want to generate a discussion you need to post something to explain what you want to discuss.

I think it is possible that one has more chances of seeing things from other perspectives.
