There were always going to be difficulties here,as even if an adult,criminal damage under £5000 goes to magistrates court ,but how can you value something like this?

The Isle of Man used to have a suitable punishment for these young thugs. Pity it was abolished!

Yes, it was difficult to believe that one (16yr old) person could be responsible for what looks like a hefty, professional job. I hope we get a reason why they did it.
