Well, if you will get your French "news" from English "news"papers....
The head of AstraZeneca is based in the UK - so it makes more sense to listen to what he says reported in UK newspapers - less translation issues and all that. And he was not targeting just Macron.

There are a lot of non-white people at that market, and usually a loud set of Le Pen types leafletting before any election....
Given that mix and you acting as Agent provocateur, should I alert the CRS.

"Marine Le Pen says she opposes sanctions on Russian gas"

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-61073894

Of course she does. But when one of Putrid's former aides hinted that if Western countries stopped buying gas from Russia, it could stop this disgusting invasion.

So, why wouldn't she support that, I wonder?

@exile

Probably, but you'd better mention Friday too but warn them the two markets are in different regions so following French logic CRS admin would need to send a separate team to each one.
How do people live without at least one dog in the house?

I doubt her views have changed much from this - is that what the French really want?

Remember, people don't always vote for what they want - but against what they don't want. And it usually ends up in a mess as we saw with Hollande - arguably the worst President of the 5th Republic.

This headline this morning made me smile 'Macron or Le Pen: It's like choosing between the plague or cholera'.
With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

Yes quite. Unfortunately, many voters (when they bother to go to the urns) know nothing and read nothing. My franco-britannique BIL and his French wife get their "news" from Le Canard!
