Sacre Bleu is very, very old French, from over 100 years ago or probably more and is only used in a humorous way now.

No reason why algae can't be added to beer. I put algae in soups, stews (fish and meat), salads .... yummy.

After a couple you probably wont notice the colour - does it colour you pee & does your pee smell of seaweed

Do a study on Reinheitsgebot. The first food safety legislation in the world (allegedly).
Beer can only be made from 4 ingredients - water, yeast, barley and hops.
Anything else and it's not beer.
