Snooker world championship

Anyone watching the final on BBC2?
Jak Jones , one of the finalists, who qualified at the 10th attempt can't hit a cow's arse with a banjo & is getting slaughtered by Kyren Wilson 7-0.
I really hoped the qualifier underdog would continue his run of superb snooker but it's not looking that way.
Hope for his sake he can make a game of it.
Edit; Jak must have received my mental pep talk as they've just gone for an break at 7-1. :D

It is the end of the session . Wilson is playing superbly and Jak,sitting in his chair, can do nothing about it. Back at 2000h.
Back in 1985 Dennis Taylor lost the first 8 frames to Steve Davis but beat him. We watched it 'til about 1.30 am.

I played Fred Davis many years ago.
I was quite handy with a cue but Fred wiped the floor with me.

Tony Knowles was a member of my tennis club. We had a pool table and Tony would take anybody on and only play one-handed. We didn't stand a chance..

Good thing is that you don't need sound on tv to watch snooker so Mme can watch whatever on her tablet whilst I surf around youtube & keep one eye on snooker.
