I've used it for yonks & still have all of my digits.
Nothing can happen until the safety pin is removed once the machine is safely 'planted' & cartridge pointing down the mole hole.
To do any damage to myself would be akin to sticking my finger up the barrel of a loaded shotgun & pulling the trigger & I ain't that stupid :lol:

Dunno what that is but I do know that this thing has done away with a lot of moles for a hell of a lot less cost than the proprietary petards.
It's been out in all weathers, needs no batteries & always works when moley pokes his head up. :)

Billy Bean built a machine to see what it could do
He built it out of sticks and stones and nuts and bolts and glue.
The motor ran chuttle-a- bang.....
