Next large town on the river, Donauworth, about 22km downstream. Close enough, so your turn again.
I forgot there is no longer any Street View on Google in most of Germany.
The picture was taken on the main street in the town, Reichsstraße, and there are several pictures of the buildings along it, including those in our pic.

Where in the world am I
I stayed in Donauworth once, it was the closest accommodation we could get to the München Oktoberfest. The hotel receptionist asked if we were English and went on to say that they had had a coach load of English tourists the week before who had drunk too much and smashed up their rooms. My friend insisted that we would not be like that. That’s ok, replied the receptionist, the Belgians were worse.
