Tax reduction for charitable donations

If you pay income tax, you have until midnight on Friday 31/12 to make donations to various organisations to receive the benefit of between 75% and 66% reduction, depending on the status of the charity. Yes thanks from me too. I've just been reading the link and now have to make a note of what goes where ie 7UF or 7UD! I'm guessing 7UD I will use for Association Les Chiens Guides d’Aveugles de l’Ouest & Armee du Salut and if I am allowed to include UK donations then it will be 7UF as that I think covers Battersea, Cats Protection & Dogs Trust but I'm not thinking about tax at the moment or am I
