The Mail is notorious for the lack of accuracy of its article. If you read and believe without validating the story then more fool you.

Vaccine passes that are more than 6 months and 5 weeks since the second jab became invalid.
Until a couple of weeks ago I could not get a booster until Boxing Day - so that just shows how poor their research is.

At last booster done this morning in some grotty school, staff extremely pleasant, but in the middle of what I can only describe as a ghetto. Just awaiting the sweats and shivering now.

If only people would stop reading and listening to rubbish and consult the government sites. If they bothered to do so, they would find out exactly what the situation is.

It's very clear who must be re-vaccinated and when in order to keep the validity of their passe sanitaire.

People turn up for their 3rd dose under 5 months from their second and get upset at being turned away. We try to give them a couple of days leeway if they have made a rendezvous. If they haven't, or they're under 65, they're refused until the rules change.
We check that everyone has made their RDV in the correct timescale - most people seem to have done so well ahead of time. The Doctolib scramble has happened since the government announcement - many people didn't think to book their booster well ahead when they could have done.

We have just been to a Christmas market and our passes are OK.

Personally, my intention has been to boost as late as possible to accord with the statutory duration of the passe sanitaire till July 2022. Maximum date 18th January. But weekend with two half days has brought me forward to Thursday 13th January 2022 to ensure that I get a RDV at 14:15 immediately after the lunch break thus avoiding queues and crowds.

Just in case anyone has any doubts, the passe sanitaire with new QR code becomes valid 7 days after the 2nd dose, but immediately after the 3rd dose (or subsequent).

OH just got a phone call from the pharmacie and goes tomorrow for his booster - guess someone has cancelled.

WE got our boosters at the weekend sans RDV. Had to wait 20 minutes, which I think is fair enough since those with an RDV should take precedence. After having the first 2 rounds with Pfizer, this was Moderna. No ill effects from my side but OH who had had no problems before is still complaining of a very sore arm. I think that shows that you should not be put off by the stories from others about how bad (or even how good) the vaccine was. We are all different and can have different responses.

Did I read/hear/see that 4th booster doses were available to 60s, who received their 3rd 6 months ago, now?

I had a quick look at Sante.fr and it seems to be the case but no locations are offered for having this done.
