Does anyone use Revolut?
For the first time my intention was to trial 20 euros, from CA to a UK bank.
I seem to have got stuck with it telling me I have an amount to exchange but can't work out how to instruct it to do that.
I've used currency fair for years without problems but I find the Revolut app difficult to negotiate. Am I alone?

There are two actions to undertake
1 exchange
2 send the money
To exchange select the currency you wish to exchange from and to. Key in the amount. You then review the order and if you are happy press sell.
To send to your U.K. bank go to the Home Screen and select payments at bottom middle of screen. You need to set up the details of the bank you are sending to so press + at the top right and add your bank details and when created select the account and press send.
It really is easy and is worth persevering. I use it frequently

@suein56
After sending funds from my bank the exchange is made and funds sent to our French account within the hour. Fees are presumably taken from an amount from the exchange so no implicit charge shown. I have checked out the transfer rate at the same time on the Wise site and Optimal was always higher.

I found the website. They are a pure currency exchange company. The difference from wise as far as I can see is they you can hold currency in wise and spend it via a card. It also counts as a ‘bank account’ for French tax purposes whereas Optimal is like HIFX. https://optimalcurrency.co.uk/.Please correct me if I’m wrong.
