The trouble with all of this is he seems to be gaining popularity (too many rednecks in the Country!) rather than losing it! What a crazy world we live in .....

Reminds me of the movie "Deliverance." Trump's followers remind me of the mountain folk that never gave up following the 'white men' rafting down the river. Only in that case, they just wanted to taunt them, show them who is boss. If someone got killed along the way so be it. This is kinda reverse logic to me. Trump has convinced the 'mountain people' to follow him. And nothing will convince them not to. He did say that many years ago. Nothing would deter his followers.

The mug shot looks like an angry tortoise who has had it's piece of cucumber taken from it. As ridiculous as Tory Ministers doing the "Power Stance" (remember that?).

The trouble with that swathe of the US electorate is that, being simple, they believe Trump when he says "It's you they are coming for not me; I'm just standing in their way to stop them".
